Saint Paul's School was established by the Catholic Diocese of Jhansi in 1964 under the leadership of late Bishop Baptist Mudartha. The pioneer, late father Abraham Palakudi with the vision of educating the localities started the school at Kale Babu Ki Kothi in a rented building at Kumharpura, Thatipur. Father Abraham was the first principal and with his efforts the school got affiliation to the MP Board of Education. In 1966 the Sisters of the Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, Changanassery now Jagdalpur province started rendering their service in the school.In 1976 , this school was shifted to the present venue, Gulmohar , Morar Gwalior.At the initial stage, Sister Salesia and Sister Vimla along with Mam Mary Manuel ( Mam Achamma) helped in improving the standard of the school. The responsibility of administrating the school efficiently was held by three chairmen and Eight Principals in different tenures.

The school received affiliation from CBSE in the year 1980. Class Xth was started in 1980 and class XII in1990. Since then with the remarkable management by the priests as Principals, hard work of experienced faculty and support of the office and other non teaching staff ,the school has been successful in giving the best board results in every academic session. It has not only developed academically but also in other fields like sports and other co- curricular activities. The school meets the physical, psychological and social needs of the students to bring an all round development in the personality of every single individual who knocks at the door of this institution to have the light of knowledge.
