Instructions and Procedure for online submission of Registration Form
1	ONLINE REGISTRATION IS FOR LKG ONLY.
2	Online registration through the school official website www.stpaulsgwalior.com between January 6th, 2025 (from 09:00 a.m.) - January 20th, 2025 (till 08:00 p.m.) is mandatory.
3	NO FEE will be charged for ONLINE REGISTRATION by the SCHOOL.
4	THIS ONLINE REGISTRATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE ADMISSION.
5	Total seats available for LKG = 250 (BOYS = 125 Seats and GIRLS = 125 Seats).
6	Any child born between 01-04-2020 and 31-03-2021 is eligible for L.K.G. Registration 2025-26.
7	The online registration form must be filled as per instructions given on the website.
8	Upload scanned images in jpg/jpeg/png format only.
9	Size of the documents to be uploaded is mentioned below: • Coloured passport photo of the child must be less than 50 kb. • Municipal Birth Certificate of the child must be less than 500 kb. • Address Proof must be less than 500 kb. (To compress the images, Microsoft Office Picture Manager or Online facility http://www.picresize.com can be used.)
10	After filling the online registration form, parents are requested to submit all the documents i.e. Child’s latest individual passport size photo, child’s latest post card size photo with parents or guardian, photocopy of Registration, Aadhar card of Child, Father & Mother, Family SSSMID with child’s name, child’s Municipal Birth Certificate, and child’s or father’s Caste Certificate (if category is applicable) within 3 working days between 09:30 am to 12:00 noon, A print copy of the acknowledgement page on A4 size paper in portrait mode & attested copies of Address Proof of their residence should be secured with parents till the child’s admission.
11	Parents have to bring original documents with them while submitting the form. Only attested copies of documents, computerized Municipal Birth Certificate will be accepted, Hand Written Municipal Birth Certificate will not be accepted.
12	All the documents (Aadhar Card, SSSMID, Caste Certificate and Bank details) should match with the Municipal Birth Certificate otherwise application will be rejected.
13	Parents are requested to give their personal mobile number and email address to receive information from the school.
14	In case of any problem while filling the registration form, please contact the school office, giving full particulars and nature of the problem.
15	If any information is found to be incorrect or false, or in case proper documents are not provided, the application will be rejected.
16	Parents are allowed to submit only one Registration Form per child. Multiple Registrations for the same candidate are likely to be rejected.
17	A Lucky Draw on 22-02-2025 at 09:00 a.m. will decide the admission procedure of the child.

Kindly Note:-

The school does not provide any conveyance facility, Parents / Guardians are responsible for arranging their own conveyance to send their wards to the school.

It is mandatory to submit a copy of Child’s SSSMID, Bank account details (First page of Passbook), Caste certificate & computerized Municipal Birth Certificate at the time of admission.

Parents are required to Upload attested copies (self-attested) of the Municipal Birth Certificate (Birth Certificates without name or handwritten name without Municipality Seal will be rejected).

ONCE MENTIONED, NAME, SURNAME OR DATE OF BIRTH WILL NOT BE CHANGED.

RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS PROOF (DRIVING LICENSE / AADHAAR CARD / RATION CARD / ELECTRICITY BILL) SHOULD BE OF CHILD’S FATHER OR MOTHER.

UN-ATTESTED DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR LIKELY TO BE REJECTED.
